1 Tbsp. Sweet butter
1 tsp. Kosher Salt
1 Egg White
1 C. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Spread a thin layer of pecan halves on large sheet tray with salt and butter. Place in 350 degree oven for approximately 5 minutes.
Whip egg white until it holds its shape, mix in the cool nuts and coat evenly mix in sugar and pepper. Spread over a sheet tray to dry.
